PHASE 2 DAY 22

Assessment is the bridge between teaching and learning.
This Saturday was another working day, following the Wednesday timetable. I arrived at school by 9:00 a.m. and faced a busy schedule with multiple substitution periods. I also had a class with 9B, where I administered a diagnostic test .We planned for  Nallapadam program.

During my free periods, I utilized the time to write lesson plans and update my daily reflection diary. After the final bell, I signed the register and left school.

Today's experience reminded me of the importance of adaptability, effective time management, and continuous assessment to support student learning.

Today, I arrived at school at 9:00 a.m. and was greeted by a heartwarming sight. As part of the Nallapadam initiative, a ceremony was held to honor the mothers who have selflessly prepared food for students for the past 25 years. The program, led by Monu Sir, was a testament to the power of kindness and community. I had a substitution class with 8C students in the 4th period, where I taught the fundamental unit from the chapter Measurement and Units. Despite the heavy rain throughout the day, the students were engaged and receptive.
