PHASE 2 DAY 7
Today, we arrived at school by 9:10 AM, ready to start the day. The morning assembly marked the first gathering of the year, and we worked together with the teachers to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Following the assembly, Libi teacher, the Eco club coordinator, requested our assistance in the first period. As part of the Eco club activities, students enthusiastically planted saplings under the guidance of teachers. It was heartening to see the children take an active role in nurturing the environment.
I had two classes today. In the second period, I taught 8C students about measuring thickness, diameter, and length from the chapter 'Measurement and Unit'. We explored concepts like the thickness of paper, wires, and the diameter of a ball, as well as measuring curved lines.
In the fifth period, I took a class for 8D students on 'Tiny Particles in Matter' from the unit 'Properties of Matter'. We delved into the fascinating world of particles and their properties.
As the day came to a close at 3:30 PM, we signed out and left the school, feeling accomplished and fulfilled after a day of teaching and learning.
