PHASE 1 DAY 24

ELECTION OF CLASS LEADERS AND CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME

“Leadership is not about titles, positions, or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.” - John C. Maxwell

Today, we arrived at school at 9 a.m. and were assigned the duty of conducting the election of class leaders. We began by making the necessary arrangements, including setting up desks and six booths. I was responsible for booth number 5, where students from classes 9C, 9D, and 10B cast their votes. We ensured that ballots and other essential materials were ready. A strong room was also set up for the voting and counting process, which was facilitated by NCC volunteers. After completing the election duties, we served food and then made arrangements for the conscientization program scheduled for class 8B students during the sixth period. Our team of four members successfully conducted the program, focusing on the topics of equity and women's action groups. Following the National Anthem, we signed out in the register and left the school.
