PHASE 1 DAY 10

Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.

Today, we arrived at school at 9:10 a.m. and began the day by signing the attendance register. After the morning prayer at 9:35 a.m.. I took charge of Class 9D and later taught Class 8C during the 5th period. We started exploring the topic of image formation by concave mirrors from the chapter on Reflection of Spherical Mirrors. The teacher utilized an engaging ICT presentation to convey the content effectively. Following the classes, we assisted in making necessary arrangements for the upcoming Kalolsavam event. After completing the tasks, we signed out in the afternoon register and departed from school at 4:00 p.m.

Today, I arrived at school at 9:00 a.m. and was greeted by a heartwarming sight. As part of the Nallapadam initiative, a ceremony was held to honor the mothers who have selflessly prepared food for students for the past 25 years. The program, led by Monu Sir, was a testament to the power of kindness and community. I had a substitution class with 8C students in the 4th period, where I taught the fundamental unit from the chapter Measurement and Units. Despite the heavy rain throughout the day, the students were engaged and receptive.
